Whereas, Section 391 of the Local Laws of Kent County relates
to the payment of fees to witnesses and is obsolete and unnecessary
because the subject is covered in Article 35 of the Annotated Code;
now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 391 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title "Wit-
nesses", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(Senate Bill 96)

AN ACT to repeal Section 385 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-
title "Still Pond River", and to repeal said sub-title, eliminating
from the Local Laws of Kent County an obsolete statute concern-
ing the name of the waterway variously known as Still Pond River
or Still Pond Creek.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 385 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title "Still Pond
River", be and it is hereby repealed, and that said sub-title be and
it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 245, 246, 247, 247A and 247B of Article

having been enacted by Chapter 340 of the Acts of 1933, repealing
