1082                             Laws of Maryland                       [Ch. 718

Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, being Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title "Roads", to follow immediately after Section 467
thereof, to read as follows:

467A. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are
hereby authorized and empowered to take over and maintain cer-
tain roads less than thirty feet wide and described as follows:

(1)  First Election District

All those strips of land being and comprising the following
two roads in the K. L. Armstrong property, District 1, Anne
Arundel County, Maryland, and being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:

Un-Named Twenty-Five (25) Foot Road

That section of a twenty-five (25) foot road running from
the northeasternmost side of Germantown Road in a north-
easterly direction for a distance of 230 feet, more or less,
to the northeasternmost side of a twenty (20) foot road.

Un-Named Twenty (20) Foot Road

All of an un-named twenty (20) foot road running the
southeasternmost side of an un-named twenty-five (25) foot
road in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 278 feet,
more or less.

All as shown on a plat of the subdivision of the K. L. Arm-
strong property.

(2)   Third Election District

All those strips of land being and comprising the road beds
of the following named roads near Elvaton, District 3, Anne
Arundel County, and being more particularly described as
follows:

Carter Lane

All of Carter Lane eighteen (18) feet in width, running
from the southwesternmost side of Waterford Road in a
southwesterly direction for a distance of 550 feet, more or
less, to the northernmost side of Benson Avenue.

Benson Avenue

All of Benson Avenue, twenty (20) feet in width, running
from the northwesternmost side of Carter Lane in an east-
erly direction for a distance of 713 feet, more or less, to
the intersection with Duvall Avenue.

Duvall Avenue

All of Duvall Avenue, twenty (20) feet in width, running
from the intersection with Benson Avenue, in a north-
easterly direction for a distance of 155 feet, more or less,
to the southwesternmost side of Railroad Avenue.
