All that section of Railroad Avenue twelve (12) feet in
width running from the southwesternmost side of Duvall
Avenue in a northwesterly direction for a distance of
550 feet, more or less, to the southwesternmost side of
Waterford Road.
(3) Fifth Election District
All that strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width being and
comprising the road bed of Glenoak Lane, Glen Burnie, Dis-
trict 5, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Glenoak Lane
All that section of Glenoak Lane running from the north-
westernmost side of Light Street Road in a northwesterly
direction for a distance of 790 feet, more or less, to the
southeasternmost side of Maple Lane.
All as shown on Anne Arundel County Sanitary Commis-
sion, Glen Burnie, District Map, Sheet No. B-163.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(House Bill 849)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 26 of Ar-
ticle 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1958 Supplement),
title "Zoning and Planning", sub-title "Planning", sub-heading
"Title 3—Subdivision Control"; and to add new Section 26A to
said Article, sub-title and sub-heading, to follow immediately after
Section 26 thereof, relating to subdivision development and con-
trol in Anne Arundel County and matters generally relating thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 26 of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1958 Supplement), title "Zoning and Planning", sub-title "Plan-
ning", sub-heading "Title 3—Subdivision Control", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that a new Section
26A be and it is hereby added to said Article, sub-title and sub-
heading, to follow immediately after Section 26 thereof, all to read
as follows:
26. Subdivision regulations.
Before exercising the powers referred to in Section 25, the plan-
ning Commission shall prepare regulations governing the subdivision
