Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Regulations for Taking
of Game and Fresh Water Game Fish in Non-Tidal Waters", be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
215.
(b) Any person over the age of [14] 16 years desiring to fish in
the waters of the State of Maryland above a point where the tide
ebbs and flows, by means of rod, hook, and line shall first secure a
license for same as hereinafter provided. Such license shall entitle
the holder to fish with rod, hook and line in said waters only during
the open season. Said license shall be procured from the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of any county or from the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City and in addition thereto may be is-
sued by such person or persons as the Director may designate on
forms prepared and supplied by the Director in the following man-
ner, to wit:
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to add new Section 122A to Article 11 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County", sub-title "Fire Companies", to follow immediately after
Section 122 thereof, said section having been amended by Chapter
22 of the Acts of 1955, relating to a fire tax in the Third Election
District of Frederick County and providing for a referendum
thereon.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 122A be and it is hereby added to Article 11 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "Fire Companies", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 122 thereof, said section having been amended
by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 1955, and to read as follows:
122A. In any year, when it is determined by Middletown Volun-
teer Fire Company that the sum to be paid by the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick County shall be insufficient to meet the needs
of said Company for that year or for the next ensuing year, said
Company shall submit to the County Commissioners a detailed ac-
counting of the needs of the Company for the year or years in ques-
tion. Thereupon, in preparing the County budget for the next ensu-
ing year, the County Commission COMMISSIONERS shall include
