Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Testamentary
Law", sub-title "Distribution", to follow immediately after Section
145 thereof and to read as follows:
145A. Any children born of parents who have been the subject
of a marriage ceremony with each other shall be deemed to be the
legitimate issue of such parents, whether or not it is subsequently
determined or can be determined, that the marriage is, or might be,
legally invalid because of the prior marital status of one of the
parents.
Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal Section 65 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", and to enact in lieu thereof new Section
65 to stand in the place and stead of the section so repealed AND
TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SEC-
TION 67 OF SAID ARTICLE AND SUB-TITLE OF SAID CODE
AS SAID SECTION WAS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 178 OF
THE ACTS OF 1953 providing that there shall be five County
Commissioners for Talbot County and the qualifications therefor.
AND RELATING GENERALLY TO THEIR COMPENSATION
AND MEETINGS FOR THE TRANSACTION OF PUBLIC
BUSINESS.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 65 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title "County
Commissioners", BE AND IT IS HEREBY REPEALED and THAT
new Section 65 be and it IS hereby enacted to stand in the place and
stead of the section so repealed, AND THAT SECTION 67 OF SAID
ARTICLE AND SUB-TITLE OF SAID CODE AS SAID SECTION
WAS AMENDED BY ARTICLE 178 OF THE ACTS OF 1953 BE
AND THE SAME IIS HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED,
WITH AMENDMENTS, to read as follows:
65. There shall be five County Commissioners of Talbot County;
one of said Commissioners shall be a resident of each of the five
election districts according to the present names, bounds and limits
