158.

(a-1) In the waters of Queen Anne's County in the Chester River
from Primrose Point to the town of Millington, owners, lessees or
licensees, shall have the right to make a choice of the set or position
as provided in sub-section (a) above on or before October 10 of each
year, but after said date no person whether owner, lessee, or licensee
or any other person, shall make a choice of the set or position in the
waters above.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 504
(Senate Bill 596)

AN ACT to repeal Section 406 of the Charter and Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Baltimore City", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables", relating to the salary of Justices of the
Peace not selected to sit in any Court.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 406 of the Charter and Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore City", subtitle "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

Approved April 10, 1957.

CHAPTER 505
(Senate Bill 597)

AN ACT to add new Section 145A to Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-
title "Distribution", to follow immediately after Section 145 there-
of, relating to the legitimacy of all children born of a union having
had the benefit of a marriage ceremony.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 145A be and it is hereby added to Article 93 of the
