(1956 Supplement), title "Public Service Commission Law", sub-
title "Judicial Review", providing for review of a final decision or
order of the Public Service Commission of Maryland in the Circuit
Court for any county where operations are carried on by the public
service company involved.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Paragraph (a) of Section 84 of Article 78 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1956 Supplement), title "Public Service Com-
mission Law", subtitle "Judicial Review", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

84.

(a) Proceedings for review under Section 83 of this Article shall
be instituted by filing a petition in the Circuit Court for [the county
where the petitioner has its principal office in this state] any county
within which operations are carried on by the public service com-
pany involved,
or in any equity court in Baltimore City, within 60
days after the service of the final decision of the commission. IF
MORE THAN ONE PETITION TO REVIEW AN ORDER OF THE
COMMISSION IS FILED, THE COURT MAY, UPON MOTION
OF EITHER PARTY, TRANSFER THE PROCEEDING TO ANY
OTHER COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. If a rehearing by the
commission is duly applied for, the petition for judicial review may
be filed within 30 days after the service of the decision of the com-
mission denying the hearing.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

(Senate Bill 591)

AN ACT to add sub-section 153 (a-1) to Article 66C of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources",
sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Waiter Pish", sub-heading
"Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", to follow immediately after
sub-section 153 (a) thereof, relating to the set or position of stake
blinds in certain waters of Queen Anne's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That subjection 153 (a-1) be and the same is hereby added to
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds", to follow
immediately after sub-section 153 (a) thereof, and to read as follows:
