thence North 31° 35' 00" West, 618.68 feet to a point, thence North
45° 26' 00" East, 729.89 feet to a point on the fifth or North 41° 50'
07" West, 787.05 foot line of a conveyance from James M. Harris, et
ux, to Richard L. Counts, Jr., et ux, by deed dated October 13, 1953
and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber 1850 at
Folio 215, thence South 40° 00' 50" East, 625.38 feet reversely with
and along said fifth deed line to the beginning thereof, thence North
45° 05' 40" East, 1622.38 feet reversely with and along the fourth
or South 43° 38' 04" West, 1617 foot line of the aforesaid deed from
James M. Harris, et ux, to Richard L. Counts, Jr., et ux, and the pro-
longation thereof to a point in the center of Bells Mill Road, thence
in a southeasterly direction with the centerline of the Bells Mill Road
to intersect the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District in the center of Seven Locks Road, thence in a
southerly direction with and along the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions of
law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 363
(House Bill 718)

AN ACT to add an additional area to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1918:

All that area in Montgomery County lying within the following
described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point where the present boundary line
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District intersects the center-
line of the Old Baltimore Road (Rockville-Norbeck Road) and run-
ning thence in a westerly direction with the centerline of the said
Old Baltimore Road (Rockville-Norbeck Road) to its intersection
with the centerline of the Avery Road, thence in a northerly direction
with the centerline of the Avery Road to the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally,
