of the thirty-third deed line to the beginning thereof, thence with and
along the thirty-third through the thirty-sixth lines of the aforesaid
deed to the beginning of the first line of the aforesaid deed, thence
with and along the first through the fifth lines of the aforesaid deed
and the northeasterly prolongation of the said fifth deed line to the
center of Bells Mill Road and the existing boundary of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally easterly and
southwesterly direction with and along the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions of law
relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or charges
levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 362
(House Bill 717)

AN ACT to add an additional area to the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918 :

All that area in Montgomery County lying within the following
boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being the southerly
intersection of the centerline of Bells Mill Road and the centerline
of Seven Locks Road, and running thence South 34° 32' 24" West,
667.5 feet, more or less to intersect the prolongation of the eighth line
of a conveyance from Henry Bradley, et ux, to George R. Bell, by
deed dated June 13, 1884 and recorded among the Land Records of
Montgomery County in Liber EPB 32 at Folio 263, thence along said
line North 36° 00' 30" West, 487.5 feet to a point, thence leaving
said line, South 0° 45' 00" East, 636.45 feet, to a point, thence South
24° 11' 00" West, 353.32 feet to a point, thence North 65° 22' 00"
West, 1414.09 feet to a point, thence North 2° 31' 00" West, 856.10
feet to a point, thence North 68° 46' 30" West, 726.21 feet to a point,
