Chapter 621 of the Acts of 1947, to delete Dorchester County as an
exception from the provisions of said Act, so that the said County
shall now come under said provisions.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3 of Chapter 761 of the Acts of 1943 as said Act was last
amended by Chapter 621 of the Acts of 1947, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

3. All Acts and parts of Acts, whether Public General or Public
Local, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the same
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency; but all laws
repealed by this sub-title shall nevertheless remain in force in respect
to any and all tax sales made or instituted prior to the effective date
of this Act. Any and all tax sales made or instituted after the
effective date of this Act shall be made only in accordance with the
provisions hereof; provided that this Act shall not refer to Allegany
County, [Dorchester County,] Somerset County, Harford County and
Worcester County nor affect the provisions of Articles 1, [10,] 13, 20
and 24, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
January , 1957 JANUARY 1, 1958.

CHAPTER 361
(House Bill 716)

AN ACT to add an additional area to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918:

All that area in Montgomery County lying within the following
described boundaries.

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being on the
south line of Bradley Boulevard at right angles to the northwest
corner of the intersection of Bradley Boulevard and McLanhan Road,
and running thence in a westerly direction with the south line of
Bradley Boulevard to intersect the southerly prolongation of the
thirty-third line of a deed from the National Airways, Inc. to the
Bethesda Country Club, Inc., recorded November 12, 1947 among
the Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland in Liber 1121
at Folio 180, thence in a northerly direction with the said prolongation
