for the same premises for the same premises, upon compliance with
the provisions of this Article, and upon the payment of the fees herein
prescribed for each class of license.
92. (Calvert County.) (a) In Calvert County [no sales shall be
permitted by a Class D, Beer, wine and liquor licensee between the
hours of 12 o'clock midnight Saturday and 6 A. M. the following
Monday] sales shall be permitted by a Class D, beer, wine and liquor
licensee within the limits of the towns of North Beach and Chesa-
peake Beach at all hours except between the hours of 2 o'clock A. M.
and 6 o'clock A. M. of each day.
(b) In Calvert County outside of the limits of the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach, no sales shall be permitted by a Class
B, beer, wine and liquor licensee between the hours of 12 o'clock
midnight on Saturday and 6 o'clock A. M. the following Monday.
Sales shall be permitted by a Class B, beer, wine and liquor licensee
within the limits of the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach
at all hours except between the hours of 2 o'clock A. M. and 6 o'clock
A. M. of each day.
(c) In Calvert County, outside the limits of the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach, no sales shall be permitted by a Class
C, beer, wine and liquor licensee between the hours of 12 o'clock
midnight on Saturday and 6 o'clock A. M. the following Monday.
Sales shall be permitted by a Class C, beer, wine and liquor licensee
within the limits of the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach
at all hours except between the hours of 2 o'clock A. M. and 6 o'clock
A. M. of each day.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 80 (f)
(5) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition and 1956 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," sub-title
"Administration—Registration—Titling," said section having been
amended by Chapter 93 of the Acts of 1957, raising the maximum
gross weight limit upon which motor vehicle registration fees are
based for single unit farm trucks.
