in said county, and relating generally to the sale of alcoholic
beverages in Calvert County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 19 (d), 20 (d), 21 (d), 39 (c) and 92 of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-titles "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses" and "Hours
and Days For Sale", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; that Section 19 (1) of said Article (1956 Supple-
ment), sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that Section
30A be and it is hereby added to said Article (1951 Edition), sub-
title "Local Licenses and License Provisions", to follow immediately
after Section 30 thereof, and all to read as follows:

19.

(d) (Calvert County.) In Calvert County such licenses may be
issued in the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach, and the
annual license fee for each such license shall be [Six Hundred
Dollars ($600.00).] One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Such licenses
may be issued elsewhere within the limits of Calvert County, and
the annual license fee for each such license in another part of the
county shall be Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00).

(1) Applicability.—Such licenses shall only be issued in Baltimore
City, and Anne Arundel [County], Baltimore [County, the towns
of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach in] Calvert, [County and]
Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Talbot, Wash-
ington and Worcester counties.

(d) (Calvert County.) In Calvert County such licenses may be
issued only for premises which are bona fide yacht clubs or country
clubs
within the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach and
the annual license fee for such license shall be [Three Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($350.00).] One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

21.

(d) (Calvert County.) In Calvert County such licenses may be
issued only for premises within the towns of North Beach and Chesa-
peake Beach, and the annual fee for each such license shall be [Four
Hundred Dollars ($400.00).] One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

30A. (Calvert County.) In Calvert County a licensee who did
not hold any type of Class B license (On Sale
Hotels and Restau-
rants) on the effective date of this section and who subsequently
obtains any type of such a license shall not sell or otherwise dispose
of motor vehicle fuel on the same premises, if such motor vehicle
fuel is intended for use in motor vehicles, as that term is defined
in Article 66½ of this Code.

39.

(c) In Calvert County it shall be lawful for any licensee, by
making application in the manner elsewhere described in this Article,
to obtain [both a beer (on sale) license, and a beer, wine and liquor
