Province of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, Inc., to Charles
F. Obrecht et al, by deed dated January 24, 1946 and recorded among
the Land Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber J. H. H. 349,
folio 230; and as described by J. R. McCrone, Jr., Inc., Registered
Engineers and Land Surveyors, in January, 1957, and being more
particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a point of curve on the east side of
Riverdale Drive (30-foot County Road); said point being the south-
westernmost point of curve on Lot 126 as shown on the Plat 2 of
Winchester, recorded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel
County in Plat Book 24, Page 32; said point also being the point of
curve of a 20-foot intersecting road; thence with the arc of said
curve whose radius is 19.36 feet in an easterly direction for a distance
of 47.68 feet to a point of tangency; thence with the west side of
said 20-foot road, North 21° 38' East, 245.17 feet to a point where
said road bends and becomes a 30-foot road; thence North 67° 40'
East, 50.63 feet and South 75° 57' East, 30.22 feet and South 14° 03'
West, 15 feet to the southeastern side of the 30-foot portion of said
road; thence with said southeastern side of said 30-foot road, South
67° 40' West, 67.21 feet to where said road bends and becomes a
20-foot road again; thence with the east side of the same, South
21° 38' West, 362,52 feet to the point of tangency of Riverdale Drive;
thence with the arc of a curve on the east side of said Drive, whose
radius is 255 feet, in a northerly direction, crossing the intersection
of said 20-foot road, for a distance of 140.49 feet to the place of be-
ginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 19 (d),
20 (d), 21 (d), 39 (c) and 92 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", and "Hours and Days For
Sale"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 19 (1) of
said Article (1956 Supplement), sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses"; and to add Section 30A to said Article (1951 Edition),
sub-title "Local Licenses and License Provisions", to follow imme-
diately after Section 30 thereof, establishing a new type of On
Sale License for the sale of alcoholic beverages in certain hotels
and restaurants in Calvert County, providing for the license fee
and for the hours of sale for certain alcoholic beverage licenses
