572A. Anyone violating any of the rules or regulations promul-
gated by the County Commissioners relative to trailer camps shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprison-
ment for not more than thirty days, or both, in the discretion of the
court

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That all actions taken and
penalties imposed under said Section 572A as enacted by said Chapter
534 of the Acts of 1955, if properly taken or imposed thereunder,
be and the same are hereby validated and confirmed in all respects
as legal.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 334
(House Bill 178)

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 398 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1955, said Act legalizing the 1955 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County; and to legalize the 1957 Edi-
tion of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County,
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
published under the direction of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County, and making provisions for the
publication, sale and distribution thereof.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Chapter 398 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1955, be
and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the 1957 Edition of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County, being Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published under the
direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County, be and the same is hereby legalized. Said Code shall con-
tain all Public Local Laws relating to Anne Arundel County in effect
at the completion of the 1957 Regular Session of the General Assembly
of Maryland; it shall be deemed and taken in all the Courts of the
State and by all Justices of the Peace and Trial Magistrates of the
State and by all other public officials of the State and of any political
subdivision thereof to be evidence of the Public Local Laws of Anne
Arundel County in existence at the time of compilation.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel County be and it is hereby authorized
