Queen Anne's County in regard to public roads, landings and
bridges and the effect of such records when introduced in evidence.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 367 and 368 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Roads", be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
367. Said record of such proceedings relating to the [opening,
altering, condemning and locating] closing of said public roads and
landings [, and building or purchasing of joint public bridges,]
shall hereafter be continuously kept up by said county commissioners
as part of the general work of said office, to be done by the clerk
authorized by law to be employed by them.
368. A certified copy of the proceedings relating to the opening,
altering, [condemning and locating] or closing of any public road or
public landing [s, and the purchase or building of any joint public
bridge taken or made from said record, as hereinbefore] recorded in
the office of The County Commissioners prior to the effective date
of this Act or relating to the closing of any public road or public land-
ing after the effective date of this Act, certified to by the clerk of said
county commissioners, under the seal of said office, shall be legal
evidence.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to add new Section 42A to Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Courts", sub title Circuit
Courts for the Counties", said new section to follow immediately
after Section 42 AN ACT TO ADD NEW SECTION 12 TO
ARTICLE 24 OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND
(1951 EDITION), TITLE "COSTS", SAID NEW SECTION TO
FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 11 thereof, pro-
viding that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County
AND PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTIES shall collect in advance the
costs of filing any case at law or equity and the costs for insurance
ISSUANCE of attachments, writs of fieri facias and executions on
judgments.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 42A be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of
