1959, and shall serve for two years, until January 1, 1961. The
County Council and the Board of Election Supervisors of Mont-
gomery shall provide for the election, in November of 1960, for the
said members from the second, fourth and fifth Council Districts1,
respectively, who shall take office January 1, 1961 and serve for four
years. Thereafter all the members shall be elected for terms of four
years at the general election to be held immediately before the expira-
tion of their respective four-year terms.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 3 of Chapter 364
of the Acts of 1951, be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 173
(House Bill 233)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 372 of
Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Wills", to reduce from one
year to six months after probate the period to which a will, testa-
ment, codicil or other testamentary paper may be subject to caveat
or other objection to its validity.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 372 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Wills", be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
372. No will, testament, codicil or other testamentary paper shall
be subject to caveat or other objection to its validity after the
expiration of [one year] six months from its probate.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
