of November, in the year 1958, shall receive, in lieu of the aforesaid
compensation and expense allowance, an annual salary of two thou-
sand dollars ($2,000.00). In addition each Commissioner shall be
reimbursed for actual expenses incurred by him in the performance
of his duties, other than the expense of his travel between his place
of residence and the office of the County Commissioners. Before
being entitled to such reimbursement, each County Commissioner
shall file an itemized voucher sworn by him to be just and correct
before some person authorized to administer an oath who shall affix
his certificate of such oath to said voucher.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

(Senate Bill 356)
AN ACT to repeal Section 366 of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's
County", sub-title "Roads", repealing an obsolete section relating
to county roads in Queen Anne's County.
Whereas, This section relates to reports of actions of the County
Commissioners in regard to opening and closing of county roads
and has expired by its own limitations and should be repealed.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 366 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Roads", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
