County as the Court may prescribe, either in the Courthouse at the
County Seat or at any other place in said County. The County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County are hereby authorized and
empowered to provide suitable facilities for the hearing of cases,
administrative functions and other matters relating to the disposition
of Juvenile Causes by the Circuit Court or a Judge thereof or the
Master of said Court or such other personnel as may be appointed
by said Court for functions in connection with such Juvenile Causes.
922. The Circuit Court of Prince George's County is authorized
and empowered to designate, appoint and employ qualified persons
for performance of duties, in connection with Juvenile Causes, in
the office of the Clerk of said Court or for probation and parole
assignment under the jurisdiction of said Court and for administra-
tion, investigative and clerical service for said Court in relation to
Juvenile Causes. Such personnel as may be appointed by the Court
shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Judges of the
Circuit Court of Prince George's County, shall serve in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court or as may be otherwise prescribed by
the Circuit Court, and shall be entitled to receive such salary as the
Judges of the Circuit Court may order and approve, the same to be
paid as part of the expense of the office of the Clerk of said Circuit
Court, as is provided by law respecting salaries paid to personnel
in the office of said Clerk, or to be paid by the County Commissioners
of Prince George's County as the Circuit Court for said County may
prescribe and direct. The Probation and Parole officers now serving
in Prince George's County, under the direction of the State Division
of Parole and Probation, for probation and parole purposes, shall
continue in office and shall be assigned such duties in connection
with the functions of the Circuit Court, or the Master for Juvenile
Causes, as the Court may direct and shall receive compensation from
the Board of County Commissioners in such sums as the Court shall
direct, not less than the compensation now provided for them by
the Board of County Commissioners; and, said employees shall retain
and continue to have all rights and privileges now available to them
under any merit system or retirement provisions provided by the
State or County.
923. The Circuit Court for Prince George's County is authorized
and empowered to prescribe such rules as may be necessary in con-
nection with proceedings before the Master for Juvenile Causes.
924. The Circuit Court for Prince George's County is empowered
and authorized to establish a Juvenile Court Advisory Committee
to be composed of such number of persons as the Court may direct,
who shall serve without pay, the duties of which Committee shall be
prescribed by the Judges of such Circuit Court and whose terms shall
be such as shall be directed by said Court.
925. The County Commissioners for Prince George's County shall
make all levies and appropriations necessary to provide for the pay-
ment of the salaries, fees, expenses and costs properly incurred under
or by the provisions of this Act and for the care and support of a
juvenile, when approved by order of the Court, to the extent funds
for this purpose are not otherwise provided by law.
926. The Circuit Court for Prince George's County shall have
jurisdiction in Juvenile Causes as is now provided by law with
