respect thereto in Sections 50 to 72, inclusive, of Article 26 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956
Cumulative Supplement), as amended.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That the repeal of Sections 920
to 942, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (Everstine 1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Juvenile Court", as enacted by Chapter 913 of the Acts of
1947, and any amendments thereof, shall not be construed or applied
to change in any respect the law or the procedure applying to the
Juvenile Court for Prince George's County as it existed immediately
prior to January 1, 1958, the effective date of this Act, with respect
to cases which were pending in that Court prior to January 1, 1958
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT, or with respect to any
event, act or occurrence within the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court
for Prince George's County prior to January 1, 1958 THE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE OF THIS ACT.
Sec. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
January 1 DECEMBER 15, 1958.

AN ACT to add a new Section 36 (a) (3-1) to Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Local Licenses and License
Provisions", said new section to follow immediately after Section
36 (a) (3) thereof, prescribing certain powers and duties of the
Board of License Commissioners of Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland.
That a new Section 36 (a) (3-1) be and it is hereby added to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Local Licenses
and License Provisions", said new section to follow immediately after
Section 36 (a) (3) thereof, and to read as follows:

(3-1) In Prince George's County, in addition to the other powers
and duties conferred upon them, the Board of License Commissioners
may prescribe such rules and regulations as they deem necessary,
regarding the presence of any person under the age of twenty-one
(21) years on any premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, in
