or for any buy boat or buy truck to unload oysters earlier than
sunrise or later than sunset unless such cargo of such buy boat or
buy truck be accompanied by a Certificate of Inspection issued by
an Inspector of the Department of Tidewater Fisheries which cer-
tificate shall set forth the point of origin and time thereof, which
time of origin must have been between sunrise and sunset, and the
quantity, in bushels, of the cargo, in which case such buy boat or
buy truck may be unloaded between sunset and sunrise.

665. (a) (2) Any person violating any of the provisions of Sec-
tions 651 (d), 651 (e), or 651 (f) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred
Dollars ($100.) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.), or
be imprisoned in the House of Correction not less than three months
nor more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned, at the
discretion of the Court; and any boat, truck, trailer, or other con-
veyance,
used in any such violation may be seized by the Depart-
ment of Tidewater Fisheries and held until any fine assessed by the
Court be paid in full.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 645
(House Bill 670)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 133 (b)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition),
being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Cecil County", sub-title "County Treasurer", decreasing the
penalty of the surety bond which the deputy treasurer must execute
before entering the duties of his office so that it is consistent with
the bond given by the treasurer.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 133 (b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil
County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "County Treasurer",
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

133. (b) Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Deputy
Treasurer shall execute to the Treasurer of Cecil County a corporate
surety bond in the penalty of [Seventy] Thirty Thousand Dollars,
conditioned for the proper collection and accounting of all moneys
coming into his hands for the county or state and the faithful per-
formance of other duties devolving upon him, the said bond to be
