CHAP. 110.

Before executing
to deliver account

Books to be lodged
in clerk's office

to do, and the said Isaac M. Adams, Robert Leatherbury, and
others, securities, or any two of them as aforesaid, are allowed the
term of one year, from and after the passage of this act, to make
and complete the. aforesaid collections.
3. And be it enacted, That the said securities, or the person or
persons appointed by them to make and complete the col-
lections aforesaid, before he or they proceed to execute or dis-
train the property of any person or persons for taxes, public dues
or officers fees, in virtue of this act, shall deliver to such person or
persons, chargeable with the same, thirty days notice previous to
the levying such execution or distress, an account written in words
in full length of the taxes, public dues or officers fees, demanded of
him, her or them.
4. And be it enacted, That the said securities, or the person or
persons authorised to make the collections aforesaid, before he or
they derive any benefit from this act, shall lodge the books con-
taining the collection dues aforesaid in the office of the clerk for
Somerset county, to be open for the inspection of all persons in-
terested therein.

CHAP. CXI.
An Act to Record and make valid the Deed therein mentioned.
Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That a deed
executed by a certain Thomas Parkinson to Moses Beeman, on the
twelfth day of October, in the year eighteen hundred and fourteen,
for the lands therein mentioned, lying and being in Allegany coun-
ty, be good and sufficient to convey the legal title, of the said Tho-
mas Parkinson, in the same manner, and to the same effect, as if
the said deed had been recorded according to law; Provided, the
deed aforesaid be recorded among the land records of Allegany
county within six months from the passage of this act; And provi-
ded also, that nothing contained in this act shall be construed to im-
pair the rights of any of the creditors of the aforesaid Thomas Par-
kinson.

CHAP. CXII.

An Act for the relief of Samuel S. Murray, of Frederick County.
l Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
judges of the. orphans and county courts of Frederick county, be
and they are hereby authorised and required, to afford to Samuel
S. Murray the benefit of the insolvent laws of this state, in as full
and ample manner, to all intents and purposes, as if he had resi-
ded two whole years in this state before the time of his application
for the name, any law to the contrary notwithstanding; Provided,
the judges aforesaid are satisfied that he did not come into the state
of Maryland for the purpose of obtaining the benefit of the insolvent
laws of this state.

An Act for the Revaluation of the Real and Personal Property in Washington
County.

1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners of the tax for Washington county, be and they
are hereby authorised and empowered, to meet at Hager's-town in
said county, as soon as may be practicable after the passage of this
