Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby direct-
ed to pay to Patrick Donally, of Frederick county, or to his order annually in
quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, as a fur-
ther remuneration to him for those services by which hit country has been so
essentially benefited.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby direc-
ted to pay to Moses M'Kinsey, of Allegheny county, or his order, annually du-
ring life, in quarterly payments a sum of money equal to the half pay of a drum-
mer in the revolutionary war.
No. 24.
Resolved, Tint the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby directed
to pay unto Christian Smith and Philip Studer, late private in the revolu-
tionary war, or to their order annually in quarterly payments, a sum of money
equal to the half pay of privates, as a further remuneration to them for those ser-
vices by which their country has been so essentially benefitted.
No. 25.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby directed
to pay to Josias Alvey, of St. Mary's county, late a private in the revolutionary
war, or to his order annually during life, in quarterly payments, a sum of mo-
ney equal to the half pay of a private, as a further remuneration for those servi-
ces by which his country has been so essentially benefitted.
No. 26.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby author-
ised and required to pay annually in quarterly payments, to Charles Beaven, of
Harford county, an old revolutionary officer, or to his order, the half pay of a
lieutenant during the remainder of his life, as a remuneration for hit meritorious
services.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby directed
to pay to Lloyd Beall, late a captain in the revolutionary war, or his order dur-
ing life, annually in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a
captain, as a reward for those services which he rendered his country in her
struggle for independence.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby direct-
ed to pay to Aaron Spalding, or to his order annually in quarterly payments, dur-
ing his life, a sun of money equal to the half pay of a sergeant.
No. 29.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to George Bateman, a
corporal in the revolutionary war, or order during life, in quarterly payments, a
turn of money equal to the half pay of a corporal, as a compensation for those
services by which his country has been so essentially benefitted.
No. 30.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby direc-
ted to pay to Richard Taylor late a soldier in the revolutionary war, or to his
order during life, annually in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the
half pay of a private.
No. 31.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby author,
ised and directed to pay to Peter Gibhart, two hundred dollars in full compensa-
tion for those services which he rendered during the late revolutionary war.
No. 32.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby directed
to pay to Joseph Fearson, or to his order annually in quarterly, payments during
his life, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, for his services during
the revolution.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby direct-
ed to pay to William Gates, or to his order annually in quarterly payments, dur-
ring his life, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, as a remuneration
for his services during the revolutionary war.
