Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That all
and singular the proceedings had and done in said court as before
recited, shall be as valid to all intents and purposes, as they would
have been, had they have been regularly had and done on the said
day of the adjournment of said court.

An act to divorce John Clarke of Caroline county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That John
Clarke of Caroline county, be, and he is hereby divorced from
bed, board and mutual cohabitation with his wife Ruth Clarke.

CHAPTER. 122.

An act to divorce Eliza Fish of Cecil county, and her husband John Fish.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Eliza Fish of Cecil county, be, and she is hereby divorced
from bed, board and mutual cohabitation with her husband John
Fish.
2. And be it enacted, That the said John Fish shall not by vir-
tue of his marriage with the said Eliza, be authorised to have or
claim any right or interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed, of
the said Eliza, to be by her acquired after the passage of this act.

CHAPTER 123.
A supplement to an act, entitled, An act for the benefit of the Infant Chil-
dren and heirs at law of Jesse Wainright late of Somerset county, deceased.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the proceedings of the trustee appointed by Somerset coun-
ty court under the act to which this is a supplement, are hereby con-
firmed as far as approved by Somerset county court, in as full and
ample manner as if the commissioners had made sale according
to the provisions of the act to which this a supplement.
2. And be it enacted, That all further proceedings of the said
trustee, under the directions of the said court, shall be as valid as
if made by the commissioners in the act to which this is a sup-
plement.

CHAPTER 124.

An act to repeal an act entitled, An act to encourage the destruction of Crows,
in Saint Mary's county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
act passed at December session, eighteen hundred and sixteen, to
encourage the destruction of Crows in Saint Mary's county, be,
and the same is hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 125.

An additional supplement to an act entitled, An act respecting a Monument
or Statue to the memory of Washington.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore, be, anil he is hereby authorised
to pay over annually to the managers of the Washington Monu-
ment Lottery, all the surplus that may be received from the state
lotteries over and above the nett sum of twelve thousand dollars,
until the debts now due shall be paid and the said monument com-
