AN ACT to refund to Walter P. Snow, admin-
istrator of Edward D. Martin, late Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Worcester County, and to
George B. Gray, late Register of Wills for the
same county, certain sums of money erroneous-
ly paid into the Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, be and he
is hereby authorised and directed to pay out of
any unappropriated funds in the Treasury,
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, to the order
of Walter P. Snow, administrator of Edward D.
Martin, late Clerk of the Circuit Court for Wor-
cester county, the sum of fifty dollars; and to
the order of George B. Gray, late Register of
Wills, for said county, the sum of fifty dollars,
being the amounts erroneously paid into the Trea-
sury, by the said Edward D. Martin, in his life-
time, and the said George B. Gray, under the
provisions of the act, passed December Session
eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter two hun-
dred and fifty-three, entitled a supplement to the
act, entitled an act, taxing certain officers, passed
at December Session, eighteen hundred and forty-
four, chapter three hundred and two.
