SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer,
on the warrant of the Comptroller, be and he is
authorised to pay J. Wesley White, three thou-
sand and twenty-five dollars and five cents; to
Paul .Martin, forty dollars; to Mary R. Sullivan,
fifteen dollars.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT for the relief of the sureties on the
official bond of John W. Wilbourn, former col-
lector of State taxes, for the Second Collection
District of Calvert county.

Passed March
9, 1858.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the sureties on the official
bond of John W. Wilbourn, former collector for
the Second Collection District of Calvert county,
be and they are hereby released from the pay-
ment of interest on the State's claim against
said Wilbourn; Provided, that the amount due
for principal, costs and charges on said claim,
shall be paid into the treasury on or before the
first day of August next.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.
