at Woodsboro' to Middleburg, in Carroll county,
or as much of the same as the said Company shall
deem expedient; provided, that the said road shall
be built on the bed of the old county road lead-

ing from Woodsboro' to Middleburg, and provided,
that the said Company shall be subject in all re-
spects to the same conditions and restrictions as
are prescribed in their original charter.

Proviso.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 341.

In force.

AN ACT to pay John D. Toy and Schley &
Haller, for printing the reports of the Com-
missioners, to revise, simplify and abridge the
rules of practice and pleadings.

10, 1858.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, be and he
is hereby authorised and required, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, to pay to John D. Toy,
the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars, to
Schley & Haller, the sum of three hundred and
fifty dollars, for printing the reports of the Com-
missioners to revise, simplify and abridge the
rules of practice and pleadings.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
