hereby authorised to sell at public or private sale
as they may deem expedient, Providence Chapel,
situate in district number twelve, in Washington
county; and upon the payment of the purchase
money, the said Trustees shall convey by good
and sufficient deed to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof, the said Providence Chapel.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to incorporate Columbia Lodge, Num-
ber Fifty-eight, of Ancient, Free and Accepted
Masons of Frederick County.

Sifford, Peter L. Stone, George Hoskins, James
Bartgis, Joseph Faull, W. H. Dunegan, M.
Brumett, John A. Lynch, George Johnson,
George N. Hauer, John Stimmel, W. B. Tabler,
James H. Bangs, John W. Geyer, W. H. Smith,
Cornelius Shawen, Jacob M. Wachter, Andrew
McCleary, D. B. Hunt, John Montgomery,
James Gittinger, M. M. Gassy, Hiram Bartgis,
James Finney, W. H. Johnson, Robert Mc-
Cleary, R. B. Tyler, W. B. Petitt, C. K. Fin-
ney, J. D. Thomson, Samuel Petton, George
Fearhake, W. S. Anderson, John A. Steiner,
A. Zarr Kimmel, and other members and officers
of Columbia Lodge number fifty-eight, of Ancient,
Free and accepted Masons, working under charter
from the Grand Lodge of Maryland, and their
successors, be and they are hereby incorporated and
and made a body politic and corporate by the
name and number of Columbia Lodge Number
Fifty-eight of Ancient, Free and Accepted Ma-
sons, of the State of Maryland, and by that name
