before the first day of March, in one of the daily
newspapers, published in Baltimore city, for five
days at least, of the time and place for the open-
ing of books for receiving subscription to the
stock of said company be, and the same is hereby
repealed, and that the said Commissioners be, and
are hereby to give the notice therein required, on
or before the first day of April next.

AN ACT to amend the act to incorporate the
New Cut Turnpike Road Company, passed at
the session of eighteen hundred and fifty-eight,
and to supply an omission in said act.

Authorised to
extend road.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the New Cut Turnpike
Road Company, in Baltimore county, shall have
power and are hereby authorised to extend said
turnpike road from the Rolling road to the Lib-
erty road.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
