clared unlawful by this act, he, she or they shall
be considered equally as guilty as if he, she or
they had killed or trapped the same, and shall be
liable to all the penalties incurred by a violation
of the provisions of this act; and the having in
possession any such bird or birds, shall be prima
facie evidence of their having been killed in
Maryland, contrary to the provisions of this act.

Act to apply.
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall
apply to the counties of Saint Mary's, Somerset,
Cecil, Queen Anne's and Dorchester.

AN ACT to increase the Jurisdiction of the Re-
gister of Wills of Somerset County.
|

ised.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That from and after the pas-
sage of this act, the Register of Wills of Somer-
set county, in the recess of the Orphan's Court,
shall and he is hereby authorised and empowered
to pass any account or claim against the estate of
any deceased person for any amount not exceed-
ing one hundred dollars, in the same manner as
the Orphan's Court of the said county may
now do.

der of sale.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Register of
Wills of Somerset county, be and he is hereby
authorised and empowered on the return of any
inventory or inventories of the personal estate of
any deceased person, to grant order of sale in the
same manner and upon the same terms which the
Orphan's Court are now authorised to do.
