AN ACT for the benefit of Josiah W. Pennel,
of Somerset county.
|
|
|
Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, it is represented to this General As-
sembly that Josiah W. Pennel contracted for
the purchase of certain lands for George H. J.
Beauchamp, deceased, which lands had been
purchased by said Beauchamp from the com-
missioners to divide or value the real estate of
Samuel O. Beauchamp, and the terms of the
agreement with said George H. J. Beauchamp
having been fully complied with by said
Pennel; Therefore,

Commissioners
authorised.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the commissioners to di-
vide or value the real estate of said Samuel O.
Beauchamp, are hereby authorised and directed
upon payment of the entire purchase money, to
execute a deed in fee simple to said Pennel for
the lands of Samuel O. Beauchamp, originally

Proviso.

purchased by George H. J. Beauchamp; Provided
always, that the administrator of George H. J.
Beauchamp shall assent thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and immediately after its pas-
sage.

AN ACT for the protection of certain Game in
Howard County, and the several counties here-
in mentioned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for
any one to trespass or enter upon the land or
lands, or premises of any person or persons within
the limits of Howard county, and Baltimore
|
