SEC. 2. And be if, enacted, That the Commis-
sioners of said county, be and they are hereby
authorised and required to levy upon the assessa-
ble property of said county a sufficient sum of
money to pay the cost and expenses incurred for
the repair of said books.

county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer be, and he
is hereby authorised and directed upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller to pay to Lydia Knox, of
Worcester county, the sum of twelve dollars and
fifty cents, being the amount erroneously paid by
said Lydia for a license.
