trustees of said School, have failed to comply
with the provisions of said resolution for the

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer he and is
hereby authorised and requested, to pay over to
the order of the Board of Commissioners of Pri-
mary Schools of said county, all moneys standing
to the credit of the Orphans' court of said county,
in and by virtue of the provision of said resolu-
tion No. 27, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and thirty-three.

AN ACT to incorporate the Patapsco Steam Tug
Company of Baltimore...

Incorporated.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That John Henderson, James
Wiley, George A. Coleman, Joshua B. Shaw and
Gustavus K. Henderson, their successors, associ-
ates and assigns, be and they are hereby created a
corporation and body politic, by the name and
style of the Patapsco Steam Tug Company of
Baltimore, and by that name may have perpetual
succession, and shall be able and capable in law,
to sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded,
answer and be answered, in any court of law or
equity, and to make and use a common seal, and
the same to change and alter at pleasure, and es-
tablish such by-laws and regulations as shall be
necessary or convenient for conducting the affairs
of the corporation.
