AN ACT further amendatory of an act passed
January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-
four, chapter one hundred and fifty six, enti-
tled an act for the relief of the sureties on the
bonds of William Lyles, of Thomas, former
collector of the Third Collection District of
Prince George's county.

Released from
the payment of
interest.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the sureties on the official
bonds of William Lyles, of Thomas, former col-
lector for the Third Collection District, of Prince
George's county, be and they are hereby released
from the payment of interest on the State's claim
|
|
|
Proviso.
|
against said Lyles; Provided, that the amount
due for principal on said claims, shall be paid as
follows: one-third thereof on or before the first
day of July next, one-third on or before the first
day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine,
and the residue on or before the first day of Jan-
uary thereafter, upon the adjustment of said
claims by the Comptroller of the Treasury.

SEC. 2. And be, it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

AN ACT to incorporate the Trustees of Central
School in Frederick county.
|

|
Incorporated.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Joel Hall, Henry Nelson,
Thomas E. Sellers, John B. Glissan, John Shultz,
O. P. Harding and William Jones, Jr., be and
they are hereby appointed trustees of the Central
School in Frederick county, to act as such until
the first Saturday in August next, and until the
succeeding election of trustees as hereinafter men-
