for the sale of the real estate of the late Anne
Turner, and the several orders find decrees made
in that case by the Equity Court or Circuit Court
sitting as a Court of Equity, duly attested under
the seal of the clerk for Allegany county, he, and
the same is hereby authorised to he transmitted
to and recorded by the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Charles county, as a Court of Equity, and that
the said Circuit Court for Charles county shall
have the power and jurisdiction over the same as
fully and entirely as the said Court for Allegany
county now has or might have and use.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the day of its passage.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to Gould
& Glanville, for desks and chairs furnished the
House of Delegates, and freight on the same.
|

Treasurer au-
thorised to pay.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorised
and required to pay to Gould & Glanville the
sum of sixteen hundred and seventy-nine dollars,
for seventy-three desks and chairs, and freight on
the same, furnished the House of Delegates of
Maryland.
