the Peace for the Third Election District and one
additional Justice of the Peace for the Second
Election District, of Kent county; and which
said officers shall qualify as now required by law,
and shall hold their offices till the next general
election, when an election of such officers shall
he had, as is now required for similar officers in
said county.

take effect from its passage.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money, to pay
Charles S. Middleton, Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Prince George's county, for certain
fees due him by the State.

thorised to pay.
|
SECTION 1: Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, be and he is hereby
authorised and directed to pay to the order of
Charles S. Middleton, Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Prince George's county, the sum of thirty-
two dollars and ninety cents, being the amount
of fees due him from the State for the years eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-six and seven.
