AN ACT to release William O. Reeder, of St.
Mary's County, from a judgment in favor of
the State of Maryland, confessed by him as se-
curity for William Reeder, late of said county
deceased.

judgment.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That William O. Reeder, be
and he is hereby released from the payment of a
judgment entered by confession, in St. Mary's
county court, on the twenty-fourth day of Novem-
ber, eighteen hundred and forty-one, in favor of
the State of Maryland, against William Reeder
and William 0. Reeder.
