AN ACT to compensate Bradley T. Johnson for
the trial of certain cases in the Court of Ap-
peals, as counsel on the part of the State, by
appointment of the Governor.

Treasurer to
pay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, be and he is
hereby authorised and required to pay to Bradley
T. Johnson, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
the sum of four hundred dollars, the same being
in full compensation for the trial of the cases, of
the State vs. John A. Roe, State vs. Joshua
Phelps, State vs. Isaac D. Rowe, George J. Otto
and George W. Hape, in the Court of Appeals,
as counsel for the State, by appointment of the
Governor.

take effect from and after the date of its passage.

Justice of the Peace, in Election District No. 4,
in Harford county.
