AN ACT to authorise the Comptroller, in adjust
ing the accounts of William H. Blackiston.
former collector of Kent county, and other col-
lectors of said county, to allow as credits, such
sums of money as were paid to the State's At-
torneys for said county, for the use of the State,
and on account of their indebtedness.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller, be autho-
rised and required to allow to the administrator
of William H. Blackiston, late of Kent county,
and former collector of said county, and to any
other person who was collector of said county,
credits for all payments made by the said admin-
istrator, or by the said William H. Blackiston,
is his life time, or by any of the said collectors,
to Edward A. Moore, late of said county, deceased,
while he was acting as State's Attorney for said
county; and this act shall take effect from its
passage.

AN ACT authorising the County Commissioners
of Baltimore county, to open an avenue adja-
cent to the Eastern boundary of the city of
Baltimore, from the intersection of O'Donnell
and Third streets, on the Canton Company's
Lands; Northwardly with Third street to Bank
street; then with Bank street Westwardly to
First street, and then Northwardly to Monu-
ment street extended.
