AN ACT to refund to John B. Nichols, Collector of
the first Collection District of Anne Arundel coun-
ty, certain monies overpaid by him into the Treas-
ury of Maryland.

thorised to pay.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorised and re-
quired to pay to John B. Nichols, Collector of the
first collection district of Anne Arundel county, for-
ty-six dollars and seventy-seven cents, overpaid by
him into the Treasury.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.

AN ACT authorising and empowering the County
Commissioners of Worcester county to levy such
sum of money as in their judgment may be neces-
sary for the support of Margaret Jane Paradise, of
said county, who is very much deformed, and of
very imperfect vision.

Worcester county, be and they are hereby authorized
