receive all his property, and be allowed to act as a
man of full age in reference thereto;

account.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John A. Coe, guardian to Henry M.
B. McPherson, a minor, be and he is hereby authorised
to pass his final account as guardian before the Orphans'
Court of Charles county, and to pay over and deliver to
the said Henry M. B. McPherson all property and mo-
ney that may be due to him on the said final account,
and to take his receipt for the same, which shall be ac-
knowledged and recorded in the office of Register of
Wills of said county, and have the same effect as if the
same was executed by a person of full age.

Court to
allow.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said court in ma-
king said settlement and passing said account, shall al-
low the said John A. Coe for all moneys bona fide paid
by him, to and for the use of said Henry M. B. McPher-
son, and for liabilities assumed and entered into by him
for his account, up to the time of said settlement with
the said court; Provided, the said court shall deem the
same reasonable.

debts.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That from and after the
passage of this act the said Henry M. B. McPherson
shall be answerable for all debts, contracts and liabili-
ties made and entered into by him, and may sue and be
sued, as fully as if he were of full age.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.

AN ACT amendatory of an act entitled, "an act to in-
corporate a Mutual Fire Insurance Company in Cecil
County," passed January the thirtieth, eighteen hun-
dred and forty six.

Authority

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Managers of the Mutual Fire Insu-
rance Company of Cecil county, shall have power and
authority to make insurances upon property in any of the
