CHAPTER 5.

In force.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay John
C. Mullikin, administrator of Owen Norfolk, late
clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's county,
certain fees due said deceased from the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer upon the warrant of
the Comptroller, be and he is hereby authorised and di-
rected to pay to the order of John C. Mullikin, administra-
tor of Owen Norfolk, late clerk of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's county, the sum of seventy-two dol-
lars, being the amount of certain fees due the said de-
ceased by the State, for the year eighteen hundred and
fifty-four.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 6.

In force.

AN ACT to authorise John A. Coe to settle his ac-
counts as guardian to Henry M. B. McPherson, and
deliver over the estate to his said ward.

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly,
that Henry M. B. McPherson, a minor, is married and
has a family, and has no means of supporting himself
and family except by his property, in the hands of
John A. Coe, his guardian; and whereas, the said
guardian and the said minor are anxious that he may
