152. An act to authorise the State Treasurer, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, to pay over to William F. Frick and Charles
Frick, executors of the late Judge William F. Frick, the salary
of the said Judge for the Quarter ending the first day of October,

161. An act to amend and explain an act relating to free negroes
in Cecil, Kent and Queen Anne's counties, passed at December
session, 1849, chapter 538.

162. An act supplementary to the act of 1854, chapter 4, passed
for the regulation of the catching of oysters, in the waters of Som-
erset county, and entitled, an act to fix the time when the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Somerset county shall pay over to the
Treasurer of the school fund of said county, certain moneys, as
provided for in said act, and making his official bond liable for the
payment thereof.
