133. An act to pay John T. Wright a sum of money, for servi-
ces rendered by him as Assistant Doorkeeper to the Senate.

134. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay Edward W.
Belt, late Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's county,
for certain fees due him by the State.

135. An act to refund to John C. Mullikin, administrator of
Owen Norfolk, late Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's
county, and to William A. Jarboe, Register of Wills for the same
county, certain sums of money erroneously paid into the treasury.

136. An act amendatory of the act entitled, an act to incorpo-
rate the Lonaconing Ocean Coal Mining and Transportation Com-
pany, passed January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-three,
chapter one hundred and ninety-two, changing the name of the
said corporation.

137. An act for the benefit of the infant children of David Dry-
den, of Somerset county.

138. An act for the relief of Samuel Harrington, of Dorchester

139. A supplement to the act entitled, an act to provide for
carrying into effect the twenty-second section of the fourth article

tion of said original act in aid of the purpose declared in the title

pany to reduce the par of its capital stock.

142. An act to authorise the Santa Clara Mining Association of
Baltimore to appreciate the capital stock of said association, ac-
cording to the value of its property.

144. An act to make valid and effectual the devise and provi-
sions contained in the last will and testament of John K. Rowe,
deceased, for the benefit of the Baptist Church in the village of
Hereford, by granting the leave of the Legislature thereto, and
creating a corporate body by the name of the Trustees of the Bap-
tist Church, in the village of Hereford, in Baltimore county, as an
essential agency for that purpose.
