108. An act to authorise the State Treasurer, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, to pay over to Hannah A. Constable, widow
and executrix of the late Judge Constable, the salary of her said
husband, for the quarter ending October first, eighteen hundred
and fifty five.

109. An act entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Fremonts Savings Institution, of Baltimore, by al-
lowing said Institution, the privileges embraced under the act enti-
tled, an act to continue the corporate existence of the several
banking institutions therein mentioned, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty three, chapter four hundred and forty one.

the eighth judicial circuit.
