of the Comptroller, to pay over to Hannah A. Constable, widow
and executrix of the late Judge Constable, the salary of her said
husband, for the quarter ending October first, eighteen hundred
and fifty five.

109. An act entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Fremonts Savings Institution, of Baltimore, by al-
lowing said Institution, the privileges embraced under the act enti-
tled, an act to continue the corporate existence of the several
banking institutions therein mentioned, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty three, chapter four hundred and forty one.

110. An act to change the time of holding the circuit courts in
the eighth judicial circuit.

111. An act to incorporate the Gas Coal Company of the Big
Youghogany.

112. An act to simplify the rules and forms of pleading and
practice in the courts of law.

Digues and Thomas G. Pratt, for legal services rendered to the
State in the case of the State of Maryland, at the instance and
upon the relation of T. Watkins Ligon, Governor, vs. Thomas.H.
Osborn of Charles, late sheriff of Prince George's county.

116. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay Walter W.
W. Bowie, of Prince George's county, for legal services rendered
the State in the trial of the cases of the State of Maryland vs. B.
J. Gardner, in the Circuit Court for Prince George's county.

117. An act amendatory of the act passed at the present session,
and entitled, an act to lay out and establish a new election district
in Somerset county, to be called Election District Number fourteen,
or Lawson's District.

William Snyder, for services rendered to the State.

of Thomas H. Osborn of Charles, former collector for the Third
