SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said agent
or officer shall not have in his possession at any
time, for the purposes aforesaid, more than fifteen
thousand dollars of the notes and coin of the
Easton Bank of Maryland.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said agent or
officer shall give bond with security for the faithful
performance of his duties in such penalty us shall be
prescribed by the President and Directors of said
Bank.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That that the Legis-
lature reserves to itself the right to repeal this sup-
plemental any time.

AN ACT for the benefit of the Register of Wills for
Worcester county.
|

10, 1856.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Register of Wills for Worcester county,
provided he shall have renewed his official bond before
the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-six,
be and he is hereby released from the penalties impo-
sed by law, for not filing his said bond within the
time limited by law.
