davit, to the Circuit Court, for Frederick county

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State
be and he is hereby authorised upon the warrant of
the Comptroller, to pay to the order of Joseph M.
Palmer, the sum of one hundred dollars for services
rendered the State, in the case of the State, versus
Eli V. Parrish, Isaac D. Rowe, George Hape and
George Otto, indicted for burglary in the Circuit
Court for Carroll county, and removed thence upon
affidavit to the Circuit Court for Frederick county.
