SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect so soon as the President of said company shall
certify in writing to the Secretary of State under the
seal of said company, that they have accepted this
act.

CHAPTER 258.

To take effect.

AN ACT to make valid the official bond of Wil-
liam G. Nicholson, Register of Wills of Caroline
county.

10, 1856.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the official bond executed by
William G. Nicholson as Register of Wills for Car-
oline county, and approved by the Orphans' Court
of said county on the eleventh day of September,
A. D. eighteen hundred and fifty-five, be and the
same is hereby declared and made as good and valid
in law as if it had been executed in conformity with
law.

Made valid.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said bond
so as aforesaid executed and approved, shall have
the same effect in law as if the same had been duly
executed and approved in pursuance of the act
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty, chapter fifty-two.
