SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Samuel T. Hopkins, clerk of the
circuit court for Talbot county, be and he is hereby
authorised to remove said books to the city of Balti-
more and have them rebound.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the commission-
ers of said county be and they are hereby authorised
and required to levy upon the assessable property of
said county, a sufficient sum to pay the cost and ex-
penses incurred for the rebinding of said books.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT entitled, an act to authorise and require the
commissioners of tax of Montgomery county to levy
a sum of money for the relief of Martha Henley and
her children.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the commissioners of Montgom-
ery county be and they are hereby authorised and re-
quired to levy on the taxable property of Montgome-
ry county, such sum of money as may in their judg-
ment be necessary for the support and maintenance of
Martha Henley, an out-pensioner, provided the same
does not exceed fifty dollars per annum.
