AN ACT appropriating a sum of money for the use
of Joseph Stewart.

pay.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland^ That the Treasurer is hereby required
on (he warrant of the Comptroller, to pay to Joseph
Stewart, or his order, the sum of eighty four dollars
and eighty five cents, being the amount due him as
clerk of the circuit court for Charles county, by the
State of Maryland.

AN ACT to authorise the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Talbot county to have certain record books in
his office rebound.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, sundry record books in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Talbot county, are
in a dilapidated condition and require being re-
bound, therefore,
