peal to the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's county
at the term next succeeding notice of the valuation
by said trustees, such valuation shall be final; and in
case of appeal as aforesaid, no other question shall
be determined by said court except the sufficiency of
said valuation.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Trustees shall
cause an accurate description of the land so condemn-
ed, to be drawn up, and shall deliver the same signed
and sealed by them to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for said county to be recorded, which shall vest the
title thereto in the said Trustees and their successors
forever, subject to the valuation put thereon by said
Trustees or the said Circuit Court as the case may

be.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That until said school
house shall be erected and ready for use, the said
Trustees and their successors shall have power to
rent a suitable place on said Island for said primary
school.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said Trustees
and their successors be and they are hereby autho-
rized and required to levy on the taxable property
real and personal on said Island a sum sufficient to
defray all the expenses necessary in organizing said
school, for renting, building and repairing the school
house, and for the valuation of the land as determined
by said Trustees, or by the Circuit Court in case of
appeal, and to appoint a collector who may be one
of said trustees, to collect the same, who before he
proceeds to act as such shall give bond to the said
Trustees and their successors, for the faithful dis-
charge of his duty.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That said collector
shall have all the rights and be subject to all the lia-
bilities of collectors for other primary school districts
in Queen Anne's county.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That from the time
said school goes into operation and while it continues
in operation, the Trustees thereof, for the time being
shall be entitled to their proportion of the income
arising from the funds in the hands of the school
commissioners of said county, and also to have levied
upon the taxable property of the county by the coun-
ty commissioners for their use, a sum equal to that
to which other primary schools in said county are by
law entitled.
